Subject: Requested time off in April
Dan,
I already have approvals for vacation for Dec 23 thru Dec 27, Jun 15 thru June 22, and Aug 10 thru Aug 14.
Would also like to request Apr 27 thru Apr 30 so I can purchase plane tickets and hotel accommodations now. By the end of the last vacation I will still have 2 weeks left on the books. Not sure if I will slide a long weekend to my dad’s in there somewhere. Depends on his health.
