All – City Recorder, Kelly Richardson has resigned today, effective immediately. Please keep her personal issues confidential when informing staff as I know you all will. As I mentioned to you earlier, this transition will take an effort on all of us to continue to make things happen and get things done. Keep in mind that administration staff will take the brunt of this transition and may have less time available for tasks.
I also think it may be a good time for all of us to review our personnel rules, fraud policy and our various professional code of ethics with ourselves as well as our staff. We do have a zero-tolerance policy for nefarious acts.
