Rough estimate of rate cost per month assuming all users are the same, 2.5% CWSRF loan rate, 20 Yr payback, $42,297,900 loan (all phase 1 projects) equals yearly payment of $2,713,289. Divide that over 2,557 customers each month is an increase of $88.43/month on top of what they are paying monthly. Based on our last estimate of average cost per SF home their sewer bill would be approximately ($60.78+$88.43) = $149.21. This includes personnel, O&M, capital, existing debt, and new debt.

I know Dan sent you the PowerPoint. Attached is the master plan draft Section 5 Recommended Plan. The projects start on page 5-15 for the collection system work and annual inspections. Phase 1 in first 5 year, Phase 2 second 5 years and Phase 3 is last 10 years. Page 5-16 contain the lift station work (Same phasing timeline) and the WWTP upgrade. Total costs are as follows:
