Hope everyone makes it in safe today or can stay home until it thaws a bit and is safe to drive!
I was looking at the accounts payable report and seeing the fee we are paying for the FD reader board reminded me that we talked about using it to post announcements about meetings or events. I can't recall if it was something that was easy to deploy or not (or maybe you already have), but think it's one more touch point in increasing outreach. It would be great to utilize that that investment as much as possible.
Also, what do we need to do to get the email blasts going? Do you like the direction I proposed and is there anything you would add or remove?
If we can get a list of all emails we have stored in our systems (either at City Hall or from Xpress Bill Pay) and export them to an excel spreadsheet I can prep/upload to mailchimp. We can finalize the structure of the email blast and create a plan for distribution.
Snowbound in the office today and full of project ideas - lucky you! Ha!!
