Dan & Gerald,

Susan is claiming we wasted money putting new pavement over leaking pipes on Molalla Avenue. It looks like the smoke test or some other test done recently indicated leakage on Molalla Avenue south of 211 to Fox Park. We replaced the pipes as part of the project I thought. Is this information accurate, or is it only identifying that section and perhaps the leak is somewhere closer to Fox Park?
