Dan, if she's talking about the downtown improvements last year, then it's

true that Water and Storm were done but not Sewer. However I'm not aware of

any smoke test report indicating that line is suffering from I/I, and flow

poking for the master plan has not found anything yet. Does Ms. Hansen

reference a certain report number maybe? Perhaps I missed it. We are still

chewing on that report and probably will do so for another year or so.

Dan & Gerald,

Susan is claiming we wasted money putting new pavement over leaking pipes on

Molalla Avenue. It looks like the smoke test or some other test done

recently indicated leakage on Molalla Avenue south of 211 to Fox Park. We

replaced the pipes as part of the project I thought. Is this information

accurate, or is it only identifying that section and perhaps the leak is

somewhere closer to Fox Park?
