For the On-Call Engineering contract.

PDG was unable to meet project deadlines and agreed to cancel the contract in a meeting on Jan 16^th.

Dyer is already working on the WWMP and other projects.

Dyer has agreed to complete the engineering for the projects currently underway.

Contracts for an Interim On-Call Engineer will be executed at the end of the week.

Gerald is meeting with Dyer’s project manager this week to go over the Fenton Ave, Clark Park Sidewalk, and Shop’s Facility projects.

Anticipate Dyer working on design work by Monday, January 29, 2018 or sooner.
