My name is Ryan Alford and I work for Enterprise Fleet Management here out of our Tualatin office and I wanted to see if you would be available for a quick 30-45 minute meeting to discuss a potential partnership between Enterprise and the City of Molalla? We are a full service fleet management company working with close to 200 different companies/organizations here in Oregon including City of Sandy, City of Lake Oswego, Tigard-Tualatin School District, Three Rivers School District, Cowlitz County, Cowlitz Indian Tribe, Oregon Health & Science University just to name a few local government accounts we work with. We also work with well over 700 government municipalities across the country.
Typically in our initial meeting we reach out to City Managers or CFOs to give them a quick overview of our program. If everything makes sense conceptually and you feel we could be a good fit for your city we would then loop in multiple different departments that would be involved. However, in this initial meeting I’m just trying to learn more about your current fleet management strategy as well as an understanding of how you budget and plan for your vehicle needs. Ultimately, I’d like to present a 10 year model that would identify cost savings as it pertains to the key components that factor cost in operating a fleet (acquisition, maintenance, fuel, resale).
