Sanitary, storm, water, and streetlighting underground will be done by next Tuesday. Tuesday reconstruction of the roadway begins and will continue thru the week. Substantial complete so far is November 28^th and final completion is December 13^th. These were the original contract dates. The contractor is pushing to finish ahead of schedule if possible. Thanks.
