I have never liked evaluation forms because I think we never actually talk or review what really needs to be discussed. So what I want you all to think about, and we will discuss tomorrow, is preparing the following:
1. Discussion of your accomplishments of the past year
2. Discussion of your goals for next year
3. Discussion of your efforts of professional and personal growth
