Hello
I recently moved to Molalla and am on the Bear Creek. I've noticed some of
the neighbors are dumping items into the Creek (lawn clippings/dog
debris/compost etc). I would imagine this is polluting and NOT o.k.
I don't want to cause grief between Neighbors, so I'm hoping you can put a
Flyer of "Not to Dump" into the monthly bills.
