That’s a total of 41.19 acres. Master plan recommends 10 acres per 1000 people. Population 10,000 equals 100 acres. Total acres in city parks is 55.1. School has 45.61. Added together is 100.71. See table 3 page 8 of master plan.

Just a thought to calm the need for parks while we fix our sewer, water, stormwater, and streets.
