Based on their estimated numbers, PSU has us at a population of 9,939 with a growth rate of 2.2%. I checked on Silverton, since they are a comparable City, and they are at 10,200 with a growth rate of 1.4%. Our population will match Silverton’s in 3 years based on their projections.
