All – Just a reminder that each and every transaction with an employee regarding compensation or advancement must include a PAF (personnel action form). As you all know, the form has a signature block for the employee, Department Head and the City Manager. This is a policy and we are all expected to follow the process. We do not just go have a conversation with someone in Finance and expect a change to occur. Make sure all of your employees know this as well. My expectation is that you all as Department Heads will be responsible in this process.
