Mayor and Council – Attached to this email is a copy of the letter we are sending out to property owners who have a utility lien on their property. Similar letters to tenants and landlords/property managers will also go out. Our City Attorney (Chad Jacobs) has reviewed this letter and made changes that have been included in the letter.
Please remember that each property has a little different twist and a different property owner. However, going forward we have solved the problem and most people are satisfied. You may hear from the ones who are not satisfied but we will attempt to work with them accordingly. Let me or Chaunee know if you have questions.
Also – Different subject but we are sending out approximately 2,500 public notices for the new Development Code. There is specific language that needs to be included in the notice that you may receive comments or questions. I will make sure I send you a copy when the notice is sent.
