Hi Mitch,
The plans are currently in review with Brenda. I assume plan review fees were paid to get the review process started. Once the plans are approved then we can start working on scheduling a preconstruction meeting, bonding, insurance, construction permit fees and issuing the permit to construct. Until then no work can be done on the project. We should have the review done this week and back to the engineer for corrections. Thanks.
