Alliks Cam narrative that was sent via email. Also the date for the Pre-App is still tentative.
Hi Aldo,
As per our conversation today, you asked me to dictate the proposition of the partition.
The existing house will be left with 140' by 130' , which will leave room for setbacks around the house.
Two more lots will be created, Lot A 54' x 140, Lot B 216' x 140.
Future partition of Lot B into 54' by 140' Lots.
I need to make sure an approval for future partition of lot B will be the same dimensions as Lot A.
I have submitted two different proposals - current proposal and future proposal.
I am aware that I need to do city improvements with the new lots, but need to know if this is required
for the existing house.
