Hi Carrie,

Attached is our request for exemption from OHA plan review for water distribution system improvements. We will still seek review and approval for upgrades to our raw water system, treatment plant, reservoirs, and any future pump stations. Included with the request letter is a copy of our draft public works standards. I’ve included section 1 of the standards to show our plan requirements and review criteria along with the water section of the standards. I am doing my final review prior to publishing on our website. We changed the City ordinances to allow standards updates to be done administratively so we can keep up with current requirements. A copy of that ordinance and Council meeting agenda is also attached. Please let me know if you need me to send you a hard copy for your official records and I can get that out to you this week.
