Attached is an invitation for a credited class at Clackamas Community College for no cost. Using the attached voucher (we need to fill out) employees of the City of Molalla may take a class at no cost for Winter Term 2018. Please distribute to you employees. Maybe someone is interested. Writing, communication, technical… could be a good thing.

Subject: CCC Give Back

Hello Dan.

It was nice to talk with you this afternoon. I have attached the voucher and a letter that explains a bit more about the program. Here are a few of the details that we discussed.

The CCC giveback program offers tuition free seats for our partner agencies the Saturday before school starts.

The attached CCC “Gives Back” Partner Voucher is to be redeemed by an employee of your organization. This voucher is good for one tuition free course, up to five credits, for Winter Term 2018. Course fees and books will be the responsibility of the recipient.

Your organization may print up to 20 of these vouchers to be used at your discretion. As we discussed, you have multiple departments, so print off what you need. Recipients may use the voucher to register for any course with seats available, beginning January 6, 2018. To best support your employee, recipients must apply for admission online (no fee) prior to using the voucher. This will help make registration go smoothly.

Vouchers must be redeemed in person and seats are limited, so we encourage recipients to apply online prior to January 6 and then come to Roger Rook Hall on the Oregon City Campus to register on January 6 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. For questions, contact registration@clackamas.edu.

Enjoy the holidays and I look forward to working with you in the coming year.
