Hi Dan,
Per your request, the following is my comments regarding Ms. Everhart’s claim of not being helped for 45 minutes. I was approached by Meaghan that there was an angry lady at the counter regarding a lein on her property. Chaunee was out of the office that day and Chelsi was on the phone with support for our financial system. Heather was off that day. I approached Ms. Everhart and asked if I could help her. She said she wanted information related to her accounts. I told her that Chelsi was on a call and would be on it for some time and asked if we could get her contact information so Chelsi could call her when she was done and gather information on her request. She refused and said she would wait. I told her it would likely take some time for Chelsi to finish with her phone call but if she wanted to wait she could. I encouraged her to provide contact info and not waste her time. She refused. I then left. My observation of staff was that they were respectful and attempted to help her as much as they could at that time.
