All – We are scheduling Customer Service Training for October 31st and November 1st in the Conference Room. We will have a facilitator and the program is mandatory for all city employees. We have two days set up from about noon to 4:00PM so that we can split shifts. Each day is the same so employees will be required to sign –up for one of the days. We will serve lunch as well. Please put this on your calendar. I will send out sign-up forms in the next week or so.
One of the evenings will be set aside for City Council/Department Head discussions (probably on the 31st) as kind of a precursor to Goal Setting but also focus on Council/Staff relations.
