All – I thought I would let you know that it might be a good time to remind your Staff that reviewing our Employee Handbook and applicable City Policies may be a good idea for each employee. The handbook and policies are not just developed to protect the City but also are in place to protect each employee. We will be reviewing handbook and policy language in the near future and I believe it behooves all of us to know what is written in the pages.
Each employee is expected to know and understand the information that affects them as well as Municipal Code language that they administer as part of their job.
