Mayor and Council – Attached is a statement I sent to Georgia Newton Canby Herald/Molalla Pioneer yesterday regarding the recent article in the Pioneer for your information. We have also posted this on our website and Facebook page. Please remember that these things take time when changes are being made. In the big picture, utility billing clean-up falls into one of the many tasks that we have undertaken to overhaul over the last few years. The difference with this one is that it does impact people personally. We do understand that. We will get through this and be better for having done just that.
