Hi Dan,
Note for temp planner and new planner. We need to have these pre-application meetings on a specified day like Wednesday mornings from 9AM to Noon for consistency. I am too busy to bounce around and they also need to send it in the form of a meeting notice with the planning number and address. I discussed with Nicolas to have a 2 week review time once I received materials so I can put a formal review together but it never happened. I would like us to get into a routine with the new folks so we can predict, to the best of our abilities, workload. Thanks.

I am passing this pre-application request along to you both, but will help facilitate the meeting time. This is the gentleman who wants to open a coffee place/art gallery on the corner of 202 W Main (next door to keith brown). Attached is his application for a pre-app and a proposed site plan.
What available times can I propose for the week of August 22-26? I will coordinate with him once I have a couple of available times.
