Dan,

Bernadette Yoder, Lumberjack Burger (503.759.5808) intends to set up a mobile food cart at 325 W Main Street (Old Fat Head Burger site?). As I read it in the code, 17.16.020 M-1 Light Industrial Section L.6. lists it as a conditional use which is a Type 3 procedure. Can someone contact her about the process she will need to go through that takes access off of the state highway? Thanks.
