Can you take a look at this? I’m slammed. The ones in the southwest corner over my storm pipe are the ones I told them to remove.

Nicholas,
We are currently under construction at Rondel Court and the contractor is busy with site demolition and grading. As usual with these types of projects, there are additional trees that need to be removed in order to meet working clearances and to avoid building elements. Please take a look at the attached, marked up site survey for the additional trees indicated to be removed.
Do we need to officially document the additional tree removal for the city? Also do we need to show additional proposed trees in place of the removed trees?
Let me know if my questions do not make sense.
Thanks,
