Tell you what Nathaniel, you should have said simply thanks, and never again stat an email or sentence with "tell you ". It may be tolerated in modern politics but is not here. Dan was very kind to you and did not call you verbose, those are your words and in this case you are, verbose. I hope the you have not learned rudeness here at All County and should be aware it has never been tolerated. Kindly fill out the needed forms and move the project forward. We do not represent our clients I'm this fashion. You should also hope that Dan is kind in his review. You need to call him and personally apologize for being rude, divisive, and over bearing. I will be talking to you Monday afternoon upon my return.

Kindness opens dialog and progresses malevolent leads to protest and strife. The world and All County needs open dialog.

Tell you what Dan,

What I'm going to do is make every effort to not take

offense to that comment you sent over and keep things civil and professional. If

I feel the need to be verbose in a message to clearly portray my intent then

that's precisely what I will do and will not be muted by a stranger. My

apologies if you took offense to something I said, such was not intended, I was

simply seeking some very basic and commonly needed information but found it

a trial to locate through your systems provided, your page isn't all that great.

Thought I would let you know, in the off chance it may of fallen on sympathetic

and progressive ears. Clearly it did not.

Thank you for the information provided, I hope you have

a good weekend and holidays ahead should we not share contact by then my

friend!

The overly verbose,

Subject: Lot line adjustment

application

Hello

community planner,

I'm trying to

acquire a land use application for a lot line adjustment and it's not clear on

your website where that is. I tried calling the phone number on the website for

planning but it doesn't even ring, just goes to voice message with an automated

generic/default answer machine greeting that does not imply in any way that I

have found contact with a government body, not convinced, didn't leave a

message. If 503-759-0219 is the correct number, may I suggest updating the

automated message to provide some confidence to your inquiring public?

So, online

the only two forms that seem like they might be a land use application for a

type 2 process that I can find anywhere are a "planning site design application"

of which seems to be focused on buildings/structures or the "pre application

conference application" which doesn't seem correct either. Please advise or

provide the needed components to progress.

Thank

you,

Nathaniel
