Peggy,
After reviewing the Community Planner Job Description as well as taking a look through the City of Molalla's Personnel Policy I know that I will bring a lot of value and I'm excited to work. I appreciate the offer at $55,000, but was really expecting to be in the $65,000 range based on my experience, drive, and performance. The job duties that are being asked of the Community Planner position are also quite extensive. In addition, I have a family to move and a house to sell. Can we look at a salary of $65,000 for this position?
