Good Morning Dan,

Thank you for taking the time to speak with me regarding the position of Molalla Community Planner. It was great meeting with Gerald, Maeghan, and yourself, to discuss the challenges and opportunities for the city and the Planner role. Following our conversation, I am confident that I have the right combination of public interface, process development, and project coordination to fulfill this role as the long term solution.

What joining the City of Molalla would mean to me is an opportunity to roll up my sleeves and carry out a number of unique duties as a member of a dynamic team. I'm looking forward to wearing many hats as well as building this city's reputation as a livable, family-friendly location.

I am asking for this position. It's realistic to believe that there are some difficult challenges ahead.
