Mayor and Council – We had a particularly high number of water shut offs today -26. We have almost 3,000 customers so the overall percentage is pretty low even when compared to other cities, but Staff did receive unusually vile and aggressive responses today. As most of you know water shut off’s occur when customers are three (3) months late with their payments. Just an FYI.
