Subject: Bear Creek Sampling Results

Can you send me the results from the sampling conducted yesterday? Also, I had a couple of questions regarding the samples before we report the results to DEQ:
- Can you tell me exactly where the upstream and downstream samples were taken, relative to the discharge? I am working on a map which I will provide tomorrow. I will have Jason send all the sample information as well. We did not take an upstream sample after the discharge since a sample was taken in Bear Creek and the Lagoon prior to the discharge. The samples taken prior to the discharge were dated 12/21/2015. An upstream sample would only be necessary to compare to a downstream sample if this was an unplanned discharge. In attempt to show a bigger picture of Bear Creek, Jason is taking 3 additional samples upstream. I am hopeful he was able to get to all 3 locations today (also included on the map).
- Did we only test for coliform, or for other parameters as well? For example, after the overflow of the AB, we tested for total coliform, e. coli, BOD and Nitrogen/Nitrate. If we tested for other parameters, can you send me those results as well? The samples taken are a total coliform test, however the blue dots (or colony) does indicate Ecoli is present. BOD and Nitrogen/Nitrate samples were not grabbed to my knowledge.
