Hi Jeff,
No we are still discharging. The lagoons have just reached the maximum capacity levels (12-feet) with lagoon #1 at 11.9 feet and lagoon #2 at 12.0.
As of 2:30 pm today. The plant will have discharged approximately 13.824 MGD to Creek. The discharge began on Monday at 2:30 pm, averaging 1200 gal/min or 1.728 MGD
