Jennifer, Jason & Dan:
Attached is a further revised ERP. Please carefully review this document- there are several places marked where we need some additional information from you. We have also attached the specific actions plans in Appendix 4. The Biosolids Spill plan has already been submitted to DEQ as part of the authorization for the Piuser sites, so that one is all set. However, the Wastewater Treatment System Release Response Action Plan is new so I would like you to pay specific attention to that.
Once we receive your sign off on the draft, we can finalize it and do the last-minute formatting. Jennifer, in the last communication I saw with Tiffany you had informed her that we hoped to have this to DEQ early this week, but on Friday you mentioned that you said we would get it to her today. As I said in a previous email, I don’t think that will be possible-especially if we want to have this reviewed by someone at Brown & Caldwell which I think would be wise. I will call you to discuss this shortly and we can figure out how to update DEQ on this issue.
How is everything going with irrigation out there today? hopefully you have not had any coliform incidents? Also, now that City irrigation has resumed at Coleman, has anyone checked to make sure he is not irrigating in the same places and that all the required setbacks, etc. are being followed?
