Hi Jeff,
I had a meeting with Jason today regarding DEQ and to tell him to pass on the message if DEQ shows up on-site to do random inspections they need to call me and I will come out and listen as a second set of ears.
Jason then informed me that he’s seen DEQ out on a couple of occasions parked at the bridge looking at Bear Creek next to the plant. He recognized the silver state issue car they drive. Jason said they were out last week and made no attempt to contact Jason or other operators and let us know they are on site. We assume they also drive out to Coleman ranch to check the irrigation. It appears to Jason they are sneaking around.
