How long is Jon Patrick's contract? Any idea how long we can keep him available to meet with the B&C team, as needed.

The Missouri example is a good one. Steal from it liberally.

Subject: basin methodology

Jenn – on basins, I chatted with Garrett yesterday afternoon and it sounds like it makes the most sense to stick with our initial basin definition, per below. These definitions will help them organize their field work better than regional divisions would. Smaller basins are now sub-basins of the trunk so there won’t be so many basins.

I color coded basins similar to the Cameron map to make it easier to read and left out labels for the smaller sub-basins off of the trunk lines.

I still need to do some trimming for parcels that aren’t receiving services. Also – the “Monopoly” subdivision (Boardwalk, etc.) is private but so far I have included them because their services drain to the main line.

Thoughts?

Methodology:

Basins are defined as service areas that drain to a single manhole along the main trunk line and Bear Creek lines with the following exceptions:

- Drainage areas with two or fewer branchings from trunk lines are considered sub-basins of that trunk line.

- Additionally, drainage areas that drain to a lift station are considered sub-basins to the basin receiving discharge from that lift station.

- Lexington Estates (ML_G1) has been divided as a sub-basin from Big Meadow (ML_G) to isolate impacts from the Lexington subdivisions.
