I have spoken with Dan today about this issue. They will get the MAO when we have completed the test satisfactorily and we are confident in the Class A water. Let’s discuss this further next week when the test has been completed.

It was August 18th when we last met with you and the Ring Bender firm. That was the second time we ran through the concept of what would go into a Mutual Agreement and Order to address long term planning and operations and maintenance of the collection system and plant. I need to let you know that there has been no follow up since from Jeff or Mark. It is not my job to direct your legal counsel and I’d be out of line to put myself there! Can you let me know what the status of the project is?
