Thanks, Gerald. I think the document as it stands provide that, since we note that the schedule shall be developed by Molalla in the Wastewater Master Plan, and that we provide that Molalla will only give notice of changes, but not for DEQ to approve or modify those. This will be a key issue to remember, however, as we move forward in negotiating this agreement, and we should be sure to raise this concern on our call this afternoon.
Dan, with that, are we good to send this to DEQ in advance of the call this afternoon?

Mark,
I have and I don’t have a problem with the MAO. The one thing that needs to be addressed is that DEQ will not determine which projects we are working on or when we are working on them. We need the flexibility to make adjustments on the fly if needed.
