Here is a redline with our suggested revisions to the report to DEQ about the SEP. Please let us know if this look acceptable.
We also recommend that I give Jeff Bachman at DEQ a call before we send this in. I originally negotiated this MAO and SEP with Jeff and it would be a good idea to let him know what happened and that the report is coming shortly. Does that make sense to you and Dan?

Attached please find the letter we received from DEQ regarding the Supplemental Environmental Project Molalla was supposed to conduct as part of the settlement of the violations related to the aeration basin overflow.
