So by my calculations that is 50 days of non-Class A irrigation, which would be $25,000, plus $500 for the e. coli violation and $500 for the late reporting, for a total of $26,000 payment to the I&I/Biosolids fund.
Please review the letters we sent yesterday, and we can incorporate this information and get them sent off to the DEQ and once the payment is made, to the plaintiffs as well.
