Jeff – Everything functioned appropriately today and we are ready to go for the official test tomorrow morning at 8:00am. Gerald did mention that Randy Bailey of DEQ really does not know what he is doing and Gerald thinks he just wants a failure. Gerald and our consultant engineer do not have any thoughts that the test will fail but it brings up a point. If DEQ does not understand what we are doing and how the test actually works how do they question the process? In the end we are in good shape with this project.
When the data is available we will get to you for review, long before DEQ sees it. I have no confidence they will understand anyway.
