I’ve attempted to address your comments in the version attached. What do you think? I did not include more detail about the second leak test, because for the purposes of this penalty DEQ is treating the leak test completed on August 19, 2015 as satisfying the permit requirement and we don’t want to muddy the waters on that. Does that make sense? Dan, do you have any comments?
