Hi Mark,

We have notified DEQ and posted at the prescribed locations. The discharge of treated effluent does not fall under a SSO which is what B7 and B8 of the permit discuss. Unless I am missing something it looks like we completed all of the requirements in the permit. I looked through the ERP and it is designed for SSO’s and other major events listed on page 4-2. The discharge of treated effluent within the limits of our wintertime permit do not rise to the levels triggering an ERP event.
