Thank you for the detailed response. The City is working diligently towards producing a document outlining the scope of the Facility Plan and TMDL implementation plan, and will provide those as soon as they are complete. Given the holidays and all the other tasks on the City’s plate, the date you suggested in your letter is not likely going to work, but we will try and get this material to you this month.
