Attached please find the letter we received from DEQ regarding the Supplemental Environmental Project Molalla was supposed to conduct as part of the settlement of the violations related to the aeration basin overflow. DEQ is requesting that Molalla submit documentation of the completion of the SEP. Are you available for a call on Monday afternoon to discuss?
