Hi David,

Please see attached letter with an update on our project. I am happy to meet with you, Tiffany, and Randy at the proposed time next week if it is still of value. I’m not sure who from your office will need to make a site visit during the dry run, if the dry run proves to be a successful test, but you are welcome to attend. I just need to know when and the frequency you will be on site so I can let the plant staff know that other folks will be by to do observations. I have saved next Tuesday and am prepared to meet with you. Please discuss internally with Tiffany and Randy and then let me know if next week is still a go or if you want to push it back a bit. Thanks David.

Please let us know right away if we should keep or re-schedule this meeting due to the need to acquire and install the mag meter. Due to other projects, time is kind of tight for reschedules but meeting with you is our priority. Early communication of any changes to this meeting would be greatly appreciated.
