REPORT DUE DATE

Monthly DMRs 15^th of the following month

Annual flow meter certification Report date that certification was completed

Annual Recycled water report January 31

Annual Biosolids report February 19

Annual I/I report March 1

SSO reports Within 24 hours of discovery to OERS and DEQ, within 5 days for written report to DEQ

Please review Schedule B of the permit for additional detail. Schedule B is in permit pages 8 – 18. Pay particular attention to Table B13 (pages 17 – 18), as it summarizes the reporting requirements and due dates. If you have further questions, please contact me.
