The problem I have with suggesting a new leak test is this – we are surrounded by agricultural uses and we know that Clackamas County does not monitor septic systems or implement enforcement measures. As a point of order we just discovered that someone, out in the County, is dumping raw sewage into Bear Creek. Since David Cole has been on the seen his first response is always “maybe we need monitoring wells”. I think we have two people involved with our wastewater system that do not know their head from their ass.
