Hello Mark

Thank you for sending the outline. I think it addresses the scope of the MAO as we’ve discussed it to date. This does not mean that we agree with topics such as the settlement of past enforcement actions without penalty but if there is something specific that the city wants to ask about related to past violations, we can listen.

My specific comment would be that the Leak Test should be listed in the Preamble under past violations/enforcement/compliance as this is a task that was a permit condition with a set date, that test was not suitable and now the second date for the test will be missed.
