FYI. I have not had a lot of time to look for language and have not found anything yet. Last time I spoke with Tiffany she said it just had to be posted.

Subject: Assistance with sign text and questions on the CIP

Hi Gerald

I wanted to offer to review any draft sign text if that is helpful. I understand that the sign that was posted when discharge moved to the river was one you inherited. I imagine that it might be useful to have more than one sign. One could be for when fully treated and permit compliant discharge goes to the Molalla River out of the date range and the other could be for when wastewater bypasses some aspect of treatment (something DEQ expects the city to avoid through planning for storage and maintenance) . Doing so is up to you but it might avoid the kinds of concerns raised by the public on the Molalla Now Facebook site.

I also wanted to know if the CIP that you sent (which was a two page table) corresponds to a document that has more detail. And does it include the roof drain project? Thanks!
