I just spoke to Steven Miller. I asked him why no one had heard from him and what his intention is for tomorrow. He said he's going to come by and do an application later this afternoon.

I told him that at this point I am preparing for a trial tomorrow. And that the penalties are a max of $50k so until I hear from you guys that he has submitted something for a CUP I'll be ready for trial.

Please let me know what happens this afternoon.
